Affiliate Program Rules

3. Affiliate Responsibilities:

a. Promotion:

i. Affiliates are responsible for actively promoting ATPBot to potential customers through various marketing channels.

ii. Affiliates should use ethical and legitimate marketing practices, refraining from any misleading or deceptive tactics.

b. Compliance:

i. Affiliates must adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines while promoting ATPBot.

ii. Affiliates shall not engage in any activities that may harm the reputation or integrity of ATPBot.

c. Branding:

i. Affiliates shall use approved marketing materials and adhere to the branding guidelines provided by ATPBot to maintain a consistent brand image.

d. Customer Support:

i. Affiliates are not responsible for providing customer support or addressing customer inquiries. Such matters should be directed to ATPBot's designated support channels.

4. Commission Structure:

a. Commission Rate:

i. ATPBot will specify the commission rate or structure applicable to the Affiliate Program.

ii. Commissions may be based on a percentage of referred customer purchases or other agreed-upon metrics.

b. Valid Referrals:

i. ATPBot will provide reasonable notice to affiliates before terminating their participation in the program, except in cases of severe violations.

a. ATPBot reserves the right to modify or update the Affiliate Program rules at any time.

b. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes and are expected to review and comply with the updated rules.

8. Agreement:
